Return and Refund Policy

Due to the unique, handcrafted, and vintage nature of our items, each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked or replaced. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing to ensure the item meets your expectations. All known flaws, wear, or condition issues are disclosed in product descriptions and photographs.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging all items to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered according to the carrier's tracking information. If it is beyond 24 hours of the delivery timestamp, you will need to submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier, and we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

To report damage within the 24-hour window, please email hello@curiouspickings.com with:

  • Your name and order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

Please retain all original packaging and damaged items for the shipping carrier to inspect as part of their claim process. Without photos of both the damaged item and packaging, we cannot validate the damage claim.

Approved damage claims will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@curiouspickings.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.
